CALL people to Christ (Hebrews 9:15)
AIM them towards Christian maturity (2 Corinthians 13:11)
UNIFY them in purpose and love (John 17:23)
SEND them to serve their friends (Matthew 9:38).....and
EQUIP them to increase the use of their gifts (2 Timothy 3:16 - 17)

Causeway co-ordinators must have certain attitudes:

1. a desire to bring other youth into a relationship with God
2. a desire to be growing in all relationships with God and neighbours
3. a desire to unify disciples into one body of God's people
4. a desire to physically and spriritually serve others
5. a desire to develop their own gifts and the gifts of other youth
